Spring is in the air as well as wedding bliss! This past weekend Hannah and I hosted a personal bridal shower for our dear friend Morgan who is getting married in June. As I have mentioned previously, being in college inevitably means getting creative with one's resources and thinking outside the box. I have been blessed numerous ways by my church family down here but particularly through this a family let us use their refurbished barn loft to pull this shin-dig off.

We enjoyed much laughter, stories, and food along with simply being in each other's presence. Morgan and Jake (her soon to be husband) will not be at Northwestern next year so it was a great time to soak up as much of Morgan as we can before she makes this transition. I know the Lord definitely has a plan and purpose for their lives and I am so thankful for that. Morgan is such a beautiful woman of the Lord, always filled with the Spirit, and empowering others to live in a way that is upright and holy. I am beyond blessed to have Morgan as a sister in Christ and will miss her greatly. Thank you girls for an awesome party and the support you have provided Morgan :)
