Being bald is wonderful and all but I mean why just be bald? Some people with Alopecia tattoo their heads, some wear wigs, some wear headscarves. I personally like to go for the headbands! Whether making or buying them, I have accumulated quite the collection over the years of being bald. This past year at college I became increasingly frustrated with storing them as they take up so much space and are just awkward. In the mayhem of moving back home I came up with an ingenious idea that would serve to both store them and make a decoration out of it. Sure enough I headed (no pun intended) to the woods and an hour or two later I came out with a master piece. Take a look and enjoy the tutorial :)

1. Collect branches with lots of twigs sticking out from them. |
2. See those flakes of bark? Those are no good... |
3. So take a knife to the bark and whittle down until the branch is fairly smooth. |
4. Arrange the branches how you please and nail them to the wall carefully trying not to break or split the wood. |
5. And there you have it, simply add your headbands where they fit best on the different branches :) |
