This latest and greatest discovery has captured my stomach with its simple and healthy alternative to chex mix. A cheap expense and a quick preparation time makes for the perfect dorm snack :)
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 bag of oyster crackers
Directions:
- Preheat over to 250 degrees F.
- Mix together all ingredients except for oyster crackers in a large bowl.
- Stir in oyster crackers, mix to coat.
- Pour crackers onto large cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
- Eat them all up :)
