1. Collect lots and lots of apples.
2. Wash the apples, core, and cut them into very thin slices.
3. Lay them out on a pan with parchment paper underneath and sprinkle cinnamon over them.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F for about an hour or until golden and crispy.
5. Take them out and eat 'em up :)
