The handsome husband of mine is back for round four of Guy Behind the Blog - a monthly link-up where you get to know the ins and outs of our significant others. It really is a grand time and something I look forward to every month. If you have questions for Jake, comment below, he would love to answer them for next month's post. Without further ado, I am handing it off to my love.
1. Has Starbucks ever spelled your name wrong on a cup? If yes, what's the craziest way that someone has spelled it?
That would be a definite no, mostly because I am a die hard Caribou Coffee fan. I would never betray the wonderful establishment that is my Bou. And they don't write your name on the cups. Instead they yell for you in a beautiful, harmonic voice.
2. Who would play your wife/fiance/girlfriend in a movie or TV show about your lives?
This is a hard question - I would have to say Ellen DeGeneres for a couple of reasons. The first is pretty obvious; it would be the absolute best to see Ellen bald. And well, it would be funny, I guess that's it.
3. What is your proudest accomplishment?
Normally I would say when I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do, but Laura always reminds me that I was only eleven years old when that happened. So I will go with a much more cliche answer, graduating college. Super exciting.
4. What is your favorite holiday and why?
My favorite holiday is most definitely Christmas, but more importantly the whole month of December. It is a time when the snow starts falling and the decorations go up. People are filled with cheer and joy and are more willing to spread happiness and generosity. It is the absolute best month of the year.
5. What is your favorite breed of dog? If you don't have a favorite breed, describe the characteristics of your ideal dog or cat?
YES! Time to bring back Team Jacob-Wants-a-Dog! I have been waiting for a question like this, because Laura and I have very different opinions about dogs. I want a Samoyed dog more than anything! If you don't know what that is, you should probably do a quick Google search. They are the happiest, most loving and beautiful dogs on earth. Laura seems to think they will stain easily, which let's be honest, how does a dog get stained? What do you think? Should we get one?
